Aligned in St. Louis: Inside Our 2026 Sales Kick-Off 

From February 9–12, cross-functional leaders from across Collabrios Health gathered in St. Louis for our Annual Sales Kick-Off (SKO) — and for many of us, it was an opportunity to be together in person. 

Three full days. 
Dozens of working sessions. 
One unified direction. 

We reflected on where we’ve been. 
We sharpened our focus for the year ahead. 
And we aligned around what’s next. 

There’s something powerful about stepping away from Teams meetings and coming together in the same room — conversations go deeper, ideas get bolder, and the energy becomes contagious. 

We left St. Louis aligned, grateful, and ready to build the Future of Aging — together. 

The Most Meaningful Moment: Pack for PACE 

One of the most powerful parts of our week wasn’t a roadmap session or sales training. 

It was Pack for PACE. 

Together, we assembled senior care kits for one of our local clients. It was hands-on and purposeful. 

Behind every dashboard, every implementation, every client call — there are participants. 

Real people. 
Real lives. 
Real families. 

Coming together to support others grounded our week in why we do this work. It reminded us that our technology exists to serve something bigger. 

We closed that day stronger as a team — and more connected to our mission than ever. 

Built for the Future of Aging 

Throughout SKO, one theme surfaced again and again: alignment. 

Alignment between Sales and Marketing. 
Alignment between Account Management and Product. 
Alignment between strategy and execution. 
Alignment around the future of aging with dignity. 

The launch of Collabrios Intelligence represents a major step forward in that vision — delivering executive scorecards, domain dashboards, benchmarking, and actionable alerts built specifically for this space. 

But tools alone don’t drive impact. 

People do. 

And bringing our teams together strengthened the trust and collaboration that power everything we build. 

Beyond the Agenda 

Yes, there were structured sessions from 8:00 a.m. kickoffs to end-of-day debriefs. 

Yes, there were business breaks, breakout sessions, demos, roadmap discussions, and expectations for Day 3. 

But some of the most valuable moments happened between sessions — over coffee, during team dinners, and yes, on the pickleball court with our CEO leading the charge. 

There was laughter. There was healthy competition. There were deeper conversations about where we’re headed and how we show up for clients and each other. 

Those moments matter. 

They build the cohesion that fuels high performance.  

Momentum Into 2026 

We walked into SKO with clarity around what we needed to accomplish. 

We walked out with something even more important: momentum. 

Momentum around innovation. 
Momentum around disciplined execution. 
Momentum around responsible growth. 
Momentum around serving PACE organizations at the highest level. 

#GoCollabrios isn’t just a hashtag — it’s a reflection of where we’re headed. 

An amazing year of meaningful discussions, collaboration, innovation, and impact is ahead. 

And if SKO is any indication, we’re more than ready!
