Why Security Is a Non-Negotiable at Collabrios Health

, PACELogic, TruChart, PeerPlace,

Every day, PACE centers, aging services organizations, and community-based providers trust Collabrios Health with some of the most sensitive information there is — clinical histories, financial records, and personal details about the people they serve. That’s not a responsibility we take lightly, and it’s why security isn’t a bolt-on feature for us. It’s foundational to how we build and operate our platform.

We’re proud to share that this commitment has independent, third-party validation behind it.

What We’ve Achieved

Collabrios Health has completed its HITRUST e1 Certification, performed by KirkpatrickPrice. HITRUST e1 validates that we’ve implemented the 43 foundational controls HITRUST requires across security, privacy, and operational governance — the kind of baseline that demonstrates real, ongoing cybersecurity maturity, not a one-time checkbox.

HITRUST joins certifications we already maintain, including SOC 2 Type 1 and SOC 2 Type 2. Together, this gives customers and prospective partners layered, independently-audited evidence of how we protect the data running through our platform — not just our word for it.

Collabrios Health is the only company in the PACE and aging-services technology space to hold both SOC 2 and HITRUST certification. For organizations evaluating technology partners, that’s a meaningful signal. It means Collabrios has invested in the infrastructure, controls, and compliance rigor needed to support mission-critical operations at scale.

Why This Matters for You

If you’re already a Collabrios customer: this milestone reinforces what you should already expect from us — a secure, reliable platform built to support the operations you depend on every day.

If you’re evaluating technology partners: HITRUST and SOC 2 certification give you a faster, more confident way to assess us. Instead of taking security claims at face value, you can review independently audited evidence of our controls.

As David Cerino, our CEO, put it:

“PACE and aging services organizations trust us with highly sensitive clinical and financial data, and achieving HITRUST certification reinforces our commitment to protecting that trust. We believe organizations serving older adults deserve technology partners that prioritize security, compliance, and long-term operational stability.”
