David Cerino is Chief Executive Officer of Collabrios Health, where he leads the company’s mission to transform care delivery for the national PACE community and Aging Services. With extensive experience developing and commercializing software solutions across healthcare, technology, financial services, and travel technology, in both B2C and B2B markets, David brings a unique perspective on scaling organizations, driving innovation, and delivering measurable value to clients and partners. 

Throughout his career, David has led start-up, mid-size, and large technology organizations, including Microsoft, Orbitz, Farelogix, and, most recently, as CEO of Evera Health, where he guided its acquisition by Access Healthcare. He also serves as a Board Advisor for Entree.ai, Solutionz, and WiserCare. 

Known for building high-performing commercial, product, and technical teams, David combines a collaborative leadership style with a strong focus on strategy and problem-solving. He is passionate about fostering innovation, exploring new ways to leverage technology for better care outcomes, and empowering teams to think boldly and act decisively

As a C-Level Executive, Kevin Lathrop focuses on growing companies organically while maximizing EBITDA.  Most recently, Mr. Lathrop built his consulting practice by assisting many large PE firms in various programs/projects.  He successfully established the HCIT Vertical for Exela Technologies, increasing revenues in their payer and provider RCM units to $250 million.  Prior, Mr. Lathrop assisted PE firm GTCR as President & Chief Operating Officer with integrating multiple acquisitions and forming Transaction Data Systems to deliver world class customer delivery in the independent pharmacy software market.  In May 2021, TDS exited for a double digit multiple to Black Rock.  Formerly, President of TriZetto Provider Solutions Kevin was responsible for all TPS’s EDI and RCM businesses running a $200MM P&L and delivering customer facing results to over 300,000 providers.  Kevin was part of the TZ executive team that exited to Cognizant in 2015 for $2.7b.

Kevin brings a wealth of experience in leading large organizations to growth and operational excellence for some well-known companies, including Cognizant, GMAC, CitiGroup, Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, Charter Communications and Allianz Global Insurance Companies.

Kevin has spent the last 33 years in various roles building custom analytic systems that measure customer interactions and impacts on processes. Over the last 21+ years, he has worked in various roles in operations and support organizations researching the dynamics of what drives business value and focusing on improving customer experience as well as developing deep client relationships and growing lines of businesses.

Kevin has been published in multiple outlets for his expertise on HCIT topics. He has received a Radclyffe Group Innovation Award and OPEX Quality Award. Both awards recognize his work developing dynamic interactive and real time scorecards that measure what drives business value and help align internal behavior to support the best possible customer experience.

Kevin holds a master’s degree (Summa Cum Laude) from Webster University.  Kevin is a six-sigma master black belt with various other process management designations, including OPEX Blue, Black and Statistical Designations.

Aaron Brandwein joined Collabrios Health as SVP of Sales & Account Management, bringing 25 years of healthcare SaaS leadership and a proven track record of scaling sales, marketing, account management, customer success, and revenue operations organizations from startup to $200M+ ARR. Prior to Collabrios, Aaron served as Chief Revenue Officer at hh2 Cloud Services. He was Chief Revenue Officer at Net Health, where he helped scale the combined entity from $90M to $200M ARR and a $1B+ valuation following the acquisition of Optima Healthcare Solutions. At Optima, as Chief Revenue Officer, Aaron built the commercial infrastructure from the ground up, growing the company from $16M to $47M ARR and achieving a successful exit to Net Health. Earlier, he held executive leadership positions at Home Care Home Base, Netsmart, and Ciox Health, developing deep expertise in Acute, LTC, post-acute care, home health, hospice, and senior living markets.

Aaron has led the integration of multiple acquisitions totaling $510M and has been part of three successful exits with private equity firms including Alpine Investors, Carlyle Group, and ABRY Partners. He specializes in building high-performing revenue teams, scalable GTM infrastructure, and predictable growth engines in specialty healthcare technology markets.

Aaron attended Missouri State University and has completed executive education programs including Operational Readiness for Exits at Alpine Investors, High-Impact Sales & Marketing Strategy at Hearst, and Finance & Accounting at Columbia Business School. Based in Springfield, Missouri, he is passionate about serving the HCBS and PACE markets—a mission made personal by his own family’s experience navigating aging and care coordination.

Dr. Rebecca Schreiner, MD, is Chief Medical Officer of Collabrios Health, where she serves as the clinical and strategic leader guiding the evolution of the company’s platform for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and state governments. In this role, Dr. Schreiner ensures Collabrios’ technology reflects how care is truly delivered by supporting person-centered, interdisciplinary care while meeting the regulatory and operational demands unique to aging services. 

With more than 25 years of experience caring for older adults, Dr. Schreiner brings deep expertise in geriatric care, PACE clinical operations, and clinical informatics. Prior to joining Collabrios, Dr. Schreiner was a client, actively supporting organizational growth and contributing to platform development, giving her a rare, firsthand understanding of how technology is used day-to-day to support PACE participants and care teams. 

Throughout her career, Dr. Schreiner has led clinical informatics initiatives that bridge frontline care delivery with technology innovation. As CMO, she serves as the clinical voice on Collabrios’ executive team, translating PACE workflows, CMS regulations, and interdisciplinary care models into intuitive, compliant, and clinician-friendly solutions that strengthen care coordination, enhance audit readiness, and support high-quality outcomes across the PACE community.

Jett Reidy joined Collabrios Health as Chief Technology Officer in 2025, bringing deep healthcare technology expertise and a proven track record of developing cutting-edge software that unifies the entire care journey across patients, providers and payers alike. Prior to Collabrios, Jett served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at EnableComp, a leader in specialty revenue cycle management technology. He previously led payer and provider unification strategies at Cognizant Healthcare, enhancing operational integration across the industry. Earlier, as Chief Product Officer at TriZetto Provider Solutions, he led the vision, strategy, and execution of their cloud-based revenue cycle management platform and services business.

Jett holds an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and decorated Iraq War veteran, he blends technical innovation with disciplined leadership to empower care providers, streamline operations, and elevate patient care at Collabrios.
