President & CEO
Kevin brings more than three decades of healthcare technology and operations leadership, including serving as President of TriZetto Provider Solutions, where he led EDI and revenue cycle businesses serving more than 300,000 providers.
Dr. Rebecca Schreiner
Chief Medical Officer
With more than 25 years caring for older adults, Dr. Schreiner is the clinical voice on our executive team. Before joining Collabrios, she was a client, giving her firsthand insight into how PACE teams use technology every day.
Jett Reidy
Chief Technology Officer
Jett joined Collabrios in 2025 after serving as Chief Product and Technology Officer at EnableComp and Chief Product Officer at TriZetto Provider Solutions. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Iraq War veteran.
Stephanie Rickard
SVP, Market Growth & Strategic Accounts
Stephanie Rickard is Senior Vice President, Market Growth & Strategic Accounts at Collabrios Health, where she leads growth strategy, marketing and sales across the company’s PACE and Community Care platforms. She brings more than 25 years of sales leadership experience, including more than 15 years in healthcare SaaS.
Ameya Ambardekar
SVP, Head of Engineering
Ameya Ambardekar is Senior Vice President, Head of Engineering at Collabrios Health, where he leads the engineering teams behind the company’s PACE and Community Care platforms, including AI-powered solutions like Ambient Scribe. A Forbes Technology Council member and board member of the HIMSS Greater Illinois Chapter, he writes and speaks on how AI and engineering can improve care delivery.
Jennifer Emmons
VP, Operations
Jennifer Emmons is Vice President, Operations at Collabrios Health, where she leads operations and strategic programs across the company’s EHR and TPA businesses. She brings nearly 20 years of healthcare operations and talent leadership, including revenue cycle and learning leadership roles at Cognizant, Firstsource, Transaction Data Systems (now Outcomes) and Nimble Solutions.
Michael Bruno
SVP, Finance
Michael Bruno is Senior Vice President, Finance at Collabrios Health, where he leads finance, accounting, treasury, tax, billing, and financial planning and analysis. He brings more than 16 years of finance leadership, including serving as Chief Accounting Officer at Tabula Rasa HealthCare, with earlier roles at Citrin Cooperman and KPMG.
Karla Thomas
VP, Product
Karla Thomas is Vice President, Product at Collabrios Health, where she leads product development and the company’s Customer Advisory Board, keeping client input at the center of the roadmap. She brings nearly 20 years of healthcare technology experience, including more than a decade in product management and client services at Intermedix and R1 RCM, as well as roles at CareCloud and Avisena.
